  4.         Alt-5:  In BATCH mode only, runs DOS 5 DOSSHELL program!

  6.         Alt-B:  Blank the screen, BLACK - for protection from burn in!
  7.         Alt-C:  Change the screen colors, if /nc (no-color) switch NOT used.
  8.         Alt-D:  Display files of present directory, allows viewing & moving.
  9.         Alt-E:  Exit this program in present sub-directory.  (NO RETURN!)

  11.         Alt-F:  Display order FORM for the Advanced Menu System.
  12.         Alt-H:  Display Bottom line of help, replace path if there.
  13.         Alt-M:  MENU editor.  Allows editing the present menu and HELP files.
  14.         Alt-O:  Temporary Out to DOS.  Type: exit to return to this program.

  16.         Alt-P:  Display 78 chars of present path on bottom line.
  17.         Alt-R:  Return to the FIRST/LAST menu toggle.
  18.         Alt-S:  Save present command buffer in file for later use.
