  8.    Anarkey is an intelligent command-line editor for DOS.  With Anarkey,
  9. complete input lines can be entered with two or three keystrokes.  Anarkey
  10. is intelligent because there is no need to tell it what you want to enter on
  11. the command line; simply press the <Tab> key and Anarkey figures out what
  12. you want and does it for you.

  33.    Instructions on using Anarkey, including a short tutorial, can be found
  34. in the "Anarkey User Manual" in the file ANARKEY.DOC.  All Anarkey support
  35. programs are also documented in that file.

  37.    The Anarkey software package is distributed as shareware.  The
  38. unregistered version is for evaluation purposes only.  It is a fully
  39. functional program with no missing features.

  41.    You may use the evaluation copy of Anarkey for 30 days.  If you find
  42. Anarkey to be a useful tool and wish to continue using it beyond the 30-day
  43. evaluation period, you must register your copy with Moderne Software.

  45.    To register Anarkey, you can fill in the order form contained in the file
  46. ORDERFRM and send it to Moderne Software.  If the order form is missing,
  47. pricing information is contained later in this file and also in the
  48. evaluation version's sign-on message.

  50.    Upon registering, you will receive a printed "Anarkey User Manual" and a
  51. registered diskette containing the latest version.  Registered users are
  52. also entitled to technical support and future updates at a reduced price.

  56. Anarkey Licensing

  59. Individuals
  60. -----------
  61.    Anarkey and its related programs are NOT public domain or freeware!  The
  62. Anarkey package is a copyrighted software product developed and owned by
  63. Steven Calwas.
  64.  
  65.    Anarkey is distributed as shareware.  Individuals may evaluate the
  66. Anarkey package for a maximum period of 30 days.  At the end of the
  67. evaluation period, if you find Anarkey to be a useful tool and wish to
  68. continue using it, you must register your copy with Moderne Software.

  70.    Registration is $29.95 in United States dollars.  Shipping and handling
  71. charges of $4.00 within the U.S. and $8.00 outside the U.S. must be included
  72. with all registration orders.  California residents must also include state
  73. sales tax.

  75.    All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

  77.    Upon receipt of your registration, a printed "Anarkey User Manual" and
  78. disk with the latest registered version of the Anarkey software package will
  79. be sent to you.  You will also be entitled to technical support and future
  80. updates at a reduced price.  Registered users may use the Anarkey software
  81. package for both personal and business uses, provided that it will never be
  82. used on more than one machine at the same time or by any person who is not
  83. registered.

  87. missing, send the registration payment, along with desired disk size (5.25"
  88. or 3.5") to the address listed at the bottom of this file.

  104. Network Licenses
  105. ----------------
  106.    Network licenses of Anarkey are available.  One physical copy of the
  107. Anarkey software package (i.e. one disk and one printed manual) is shipped
  108. to you.  The software may then be installed on a network server.  However,
  109. all persons accessing Anarkey from the server must be licensed to do so.
  110. User licenses may be purchased according to the following schedule.

  116. Distribution Licenses
  117. ---------------------
  118.    Computer bulletin boards, disk vendors and user groups may distribute the
  119. evaluation version of Anarkey provided the entire Anarkey package,
  120. including all support programs, documentation files and order form, is
  121. included in the distribution and a fee not to exceed $10 is charged for
  122. such distribution.

  124.    DISK VENDORS: This file explicitly grants you permission to include the
  125. evaluation version of Anarkey in your library subject to the restrictions
  126. described in the previous paragraph.  Requests for additional written
  127. permission or copies of software diskettes must include a self-addressed,
  128. stamped mailer to receive a reply.
