  28.  Well there are several differant formats that can be used and this menu gives
  29.  3 common formats. One being a standard letter (yes ! it also on the previous
  30.  menu). A memo and report format. d hit TAB.

  32.  Remember you can can change the supplied formats quite easily. Please see the
  33.  manual or indeed just go into Precedent when you see the option it really  is
  34.  very simple !!!!!!
