  17.  This menu gives you access to enter data into cardbox's 4 - 6 then send a for
  18.  letter to each of the entries in the cardbox by pushing the appropiate key

  20.  You can set set criteria by which each mailing should be carried out eg
  21.  only those in post code N14 5AE or indeed exclude those in post code N16.
