  8.          About a  year ago  I started  a little program  called XAS,  the
  9.      eXpress Archive System,  which was written  in BASIC.  Shortly after
  10.      that  I rewrote it  to C and  in the past year  it has grown  into a
  11.      compleX Conversion System.

  13.          You might discover that not all modules made it in this package.
  14.      Some of  the  others  are  still  in development  and don't  meet my
  15.      standards yet.  As soon as they do,  they are distributed seperately
  16.      thru the XRS distribution net.

  18.          I had a lot of fun making  the QWK convertors.   At first  I had
  19.      absolutely  no idea  what  a QWK mailbag  looked like.   Without the
  20.      patience, support and suggestions of many of you, I never would have
  21.      gotten this far.  Thanks!
