  3.                       ACFile's Build User Packet Help

  8. Build Packet is a command which allows a user to create their own archive to
  9. download.  They will be able to extract a file from any archive and put it
  10. into their own self-made packet.  They can then download it instead of having
  11. to download multiple packages just to get a few files you need.  This is
  12. especially useful if you just want to get the documentation for a program
  13. or if you are missing a file you need and don't want to download the full
  14. package.

  16. The commands are as follows:

  18. [A]dd Packet
  19.   
  20.   This command allows you to extract a file from an archive and add it into
  21.   your archive.  This is also available from the View Archive command.
  22.  
  23.   First, ACFiles will prompt you for the archive to open.  This is the archive
  24.   that you need a file extracted.  It will display the first tagged file from
  25.   the area you are currently in.  Hit Space and it will toggle to other 
  26.   tagged lists.

  28.   ACFiles will then show a listing of the files inside the archive.  You'll
  29.   see a prompt asking if you want to Type a Textfile or Add to UserPacket.
  30.   At this point you may view a textfile in the opened archive to see if you
  31.   want to add it in or not or you may select A to add a filename to your 
  32.   own personal packet

  34.   Upon hitting A, ACFiles will prompt you for your personalized packet name
  35.   if you have not yet created one.  Simply enter a filename.ext.  ACFiles will
  36.   assume that if the extension is .ZIP it'll use ZIP to create the packet, and
  37.   so forth.

  39.   Next it'll prompt you for a filename to add.  Enter in a filename that was
  40.   in the listing of the files in the opened archive.  Wildcards are accepted.

  42.   You've now created your very own personal package.  You may add as much as
  43.   needed up to a limit specified by the SysOp
  44.  
  45. [C]lear Packet
  46.  
  47.   This command erases your packet and clears the name as if you had never
  48.   done the command.  You may want to use this after you download your packet
  49.   so that you will be reset to ground 0.

  51. [D]ownload Packet
  52.  
  53.   This lets you download the packet.  You may also download from any of the
  54.   other download commands.

  56. [R]emove from Packet
  57.  
  58.   This allows you to remove a file from your packet.  It'll show a listing
  59.   of your archive and prompt you for a filename to delete.

  61. [V]iew Packet
  62.  
  63.   This is just like the normal View Archive command.  It lets you view your
  64.   own archive.
