  25. Thank you for trying U-Net Phone Book, the simple address/phone number
  26. and dialer interface for Microsoft Windows 95.  U-Net Phone Book has
  27. been created for quick and easy access to Names, Addresses, and Phone
  28. Numbers without the lengthy sorting process.  The program is designed 
  29. to interface with programs already on your computer.  IÆm not attempt-
  30. ing to reinvent the wheel, just make it roll better!!

  33. The Phone Book displays one page of data at a time.  To find an exist-
  34. ing name or keyword, press the "Find Word" button and enter a search key.  
  35. U-Net Phone Book will search every record in the current phone book
  36. for the keyword and display the first page matching your criteria.
  37. Press "Next Match" to see the subsequent record with the keyword.  When the
  38. desired page is displayed, press the "Dial" button by the number you wish
  39. to dial and U-Net will open the "WindowÆs Dialer" and insert the number
  40. for you!  ItÆs that easy to use!

  43. Okay, so you donÆt want to call the person, you want their address for
  44. a letter youÆre writing.  Copy it down on paper and type it into your
  45. word processor?  NO!  Press the <Addr> button, jump to your word 
  46. processor, and paste the address into your letter!

  49. You want to send them an Email, reminding them about the party
  50. on next Saturday?  Then press the "E-mail" Button and send them a quick mail
  51. message. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer/ver.3.0  with
  52. Internet Mail, U-Net Phone Book will start Internet Mail and insert
  53. the e-mail address for you.

  56. Need to send your client a quick Fax reminding them about the Friday
  57. meeting?  Press the "Fax" button and send a quick Fax!!

  68. however, that U-Net Phone Book is not free or public domain software.  
  69. You are granted a license giving limited rights to use the software.

  73. You may use the unregistered copy of U-Net Phone Book for 30 days from 
  74. the date of your (or anyone elseÆs) FIRST installation of the U-Net 
  75. software.  You may copy and distribute THIS unregistered copy of U-Net 
  76. Phone Book to others, provided such distribution includes ALL U-Net 
  77. Phone Book files YOU received.  This unregistered copy of U-Net Phone 
  78. Book is fully functional; however, while it remains unregistered, the 
  79. software will display a startup screen for 15 seconds with a reminder 
  80. that the software is still unregistered and a closing message thanking
  81. you for trying U-Net Phone Book.  Neither message displays on regis-
  82. tered copies of U-Net Phone Book.

  86. many computers as you wish if "YOU" are  the "ONLY" user of the soft-
  87. ware and "YOU" are not a Business, Company, or group.  "YOU" must be

  91. I am not a large company.  I needed a program like U-Net Phone Book, 
  92. so I wrote the code for it.  I have been programming in a multitude of 
  93. languages since 1973 for business and personal use.

  102. If you havenÆt already done so, run Setup.EXE to copy the program 
  103. files to the desired directory and create an entry on the Windows 95 
  104. Start Menu for U-Net Phone Book.

  107. Removing U-Net Phone Book from your System:
  108. -------------------------------------------

  110. U-Net Phone Book places files in only its OWN directory, thus
  111. facilitating its easy removal from your system.  To remove U-Net 
  112. from your computer, simply delete all files in the U-Net Phone Book 
  113. directory and then delete the directory.

  120. users; however, I will attempt to answer any questions you may have 
  121. during your evaluation of U-Net Phone Book. Also, IÆm interested in

  136. created as 32-bit executable files, and should only be used with 
  137. Windows 95.
