Coriander was probably among the first spices to be used by man. There are references to it in the Bible and the seeds have been found in Egyptian tombs of the Twenty-first Dynasty. The flavor and aroma of ripe coriander is described as flowery with a hint of both licorice & orange. S E Famous for its value in making sausage and variety meats, F coriander is an excellent addition to wild game and all U meat, fish & poultry. It may be used in sauces, soups, breads, fruits and dessert dishes also. A L Coriander is an ingredient in most Indian blends of S Curry Powder, and now grows wild in much of Europe! 0
