The Lhexicon game requires a IBM or compatible 286 computer to run.
A mouse and VGA card and monitor are also required. You will need at
least 512K available memory to run Lhexicon. All files that came with
the game system must reside in the same directory on your disk. You
may run Lhexicon from a floppy, however load time will be longer and
response time while playing may suffer.
Lhexicon can be run in the Windows 3.x platform, within a DOS shell.
Game performance is noticably slower when running in this environment.
While Lhexicon can run in the Windows environment, it is not a Windows
program. When running in the Enhanced 386 mode, Windows allows creating
windowed DOS shells; for best performance and readability do not run
Lhexicon in a windowed shell. Run Lhexicon only in a full screen mode
DOS shell.
Lhexicon does not support Monochrome, CGA, MCGA, or HERCULES display
adapters.
When viewing the online documentation, such as the rules or membership form,
