Put the carbonated beverage, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and several drops of food coloring in the 8-cup measure. Use any color of food coloring that you like. Mix it all together with a rubber scraper or spoon.
STEP 2
Cut or tear eighteen 4-inch squares of foil.
With adult help, pour some of the carbonated beverage mixture into a paper cup. Then press 1 square of foil over the top of the cup. Do the same thing with the remaining mixture, cups, and foil.
STEP 3
With an adult's help, use the tip of a table knife to make a small hole in the center of 1 piece of foil. Then push a wooden stick into the cup through the hole.
Repeat with the remaining cups and wooden sticks. Then pop them in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or until firm. To serve, remove foil and tear off the paper cup.
Congratulations! You've just made 18 delicious planet pops!
