The bassoon begins the CODA with a slightly faster solo.

This solo is based on the opening of the first theme, which the bassoon plays in a new variegated form. The tempo has been accelerated from "andante con moto" ( = 92) at the beginning of the movement, to "piu mosso" ( = 116), or in other words, from "relatively slowly and with motion", to "with more motion".
Beethoven's indication is to play the bassoon solo sweetly ("dolce") and the short string chords very softly ("pianissimo"), thus producing a delightful atmosphere.
A second bassoon joins the first one to accompany the wavy motion of the violas and cellos. Listen to the beautiful oboe ornaments.
