Sura is one of the @Lycian@ cities between Ka├╛ and Demre. You might have to walk a little from the road down to the coast to get to the ruins to the west of Demre. Once you enter the city, you will come to the @acropolis,@ surrounded by walls from the east and the west. To the southeast of the acropolis are a Lycian @sarcophagus@ and a @rock tomb@ with an inscription in Lycian, with a number of Roman sarcophagi around it. Founded in
