  1.     Friar Dave, our text area sysop has asked me to write a short
  2. introduction for the files Journal1..9.zip that you will find in this
  3. file area.
  4.  
  5.     The Journal files contains the complete set of stories by Elf
  6. Sternberg.  They are erotic science fiction stories that cover pretty much
  7. the entire sexual arena, from missionary position to severe bondage and
  8. discipline.  Many of the stories involve interspecies sex both among the
  9. various genetically engineered anthromophized species of Pendor and other
  10. true aliens. 
  11.    
  12.     They are written as journal entries of one Kennet Shardik and
  13. are numbered in Jyyy.ddd format with the exception of the last one which is
  14. JFinal.  In total the ZIP files comprise 91 stories for a total of 2.2 megs 
  15. of data. They've been archived in order, request since they are a series and 
  16. really should be read as a book of many chapters.  I hope the file size 
  17. doesn't intimidate anyone, as these stories are exceptionally well written 
  18. and well worth the time to download.

  20.     I had an E-mail talk with the author and he has no problem with his 
  21. stories appearing here or on any bbs as long as his copyright notice remains 
  22. intact.

  30. in plain ASCII as well as including it in the first archive (JOURNAL1.ZIP) 
  31. so folks can sample this fine stuff or even take a look online before 
  32. downloading.
  33.     We are all in for a wonderful treat. This stuff is superbly done and
  34. it will challenge your mind and imagination.
