A potential customer waves a crispy, new, One Hundred Dollar bill at you from the lowest level of a multi-level, futuristic city. You're on an upper level. Now all you have to do is guide your gravity car, your cab, down to his level, pick him up and bring him to where he wants to go. Sounds easy, right? Wrong!
Gravity can be a friend or a foe in Galactic Cab Company, this month's feature for the Commodore 128.
Balance the forces of gravity by firing your thrusters at strategic positions and time intervals. Control the effect of your thrusters with a joystick in port 2. Position your joystick up, left, right or diagonally to direct your thrusters, then press the fire button to activate them. Hold the fire button down to lengthen the effect of the thrusters. Careful not to drift too high!
If you don't wreck your car you can then try for the customer with Two Hundred Dollars, or Three Hundred, or Four, or Five, maybe even One Thousand Dollars!
Insert Side 2 of your UpTime disk into your 1571 disk drive (if you have a C128, of course) and reset your Commodore 128. You'll be a cabbie before you even know it!
