The lieutenant raised his hand in
a half-wave and shuffled out the hotel
room door. Rich let out a breath and
smiled to himself.

Then the lieutenant came back through
the door, "I just thought of
something, sir..."

"This CommodoreOne prototype... was
Jeri the only one working on it?"

"Yes, she was, Lieutenant."

     The old Renault stumbled and
sputtered up Rich's semi-circular
driveway.

It finally died to a stop. The
lieutenant got out of the driver's
seat and clanged the car door shut.

The butler answered the door and
ushered him into the front room, where
Rich was waiting.

"Lieutenant," he beamed, "welcome to
my abode."

Lieutenant in astonishment.

"With all the money I save by using
Commodore computers, I can afford this
spread," laughed Rich,

They entered the grand room. The
Lieutenant exclaimed, "Sir, this room
is bigger than my entire house!"

lieutenant to each set-up, each in
perfect working condition.
