  11.            PACKING.LST    - List of files included with Lotto Thunder.
  12.            VENDOR.DOC     - Information and restrictions for disk vendors,
  13.                             distributors, user groups, and more.
  14.            SYSOP.DOC      - Information for Bulletin Board System
  15.                             distribution.
  16.            DESCRIBE.DOC   - Sample descriptions for catalogs, BBSs, etc.
  17.            WARRANTY.DOC   - Important Warranty Information
  18.            LICENSE.DOC    - Important License and Usage Information
  19.  
  20.            Most files will need to be updated before using.
