  8. In order to make the most of your memory :-
  9.  
  10. 1) Get rid of any desk accs
  11.  
  12. 2) Set "heap block size = 5000" in IMHO.CFG
  13.  
  14. 3) Reduce your IMHO.USR size to the minimum needed
  15.  
  16. 4) Reduce your IMHO.TAG size to the minimum, or turn it off
  17.    with "taglines = no" in IMHO.CFG
  18.  
  19. 5) Set "copy QWK = no" in IMHO.CFG
  20.

  22. With this setup and a ramdisk of 350K you should be able to
  23. process packets of compressed size of just over 100K
  24.  
  25. This leaves you with about 100K free memory to run the editor in
  26. order to reply to messages.
