In order to make the most of your memory :-

1) Get rid of any desk accs

2) Set "heap block size = 5000" in IMHO.CFG

3) Reduce your IMHO.USR size to the minimum needed

4) Reduce your IMHO.TAG size to the minimum, or turn it off
   with "taglines = no" in IMHO.CFG

5) Set "copy QWK = no" in IMHO.CFG


With this setup and a ramdisk of 350K you should be able to
process packets of compressed size of just over 100K

This leaves you with about 100K free memory to run the editor in
order to reply to messages.
