  5. You can register your copy of AZPR at a cost of $15. Select one
  6. of the following ways:

  8. 1. Through the World Wide Web. This is the fastest and easiest
  9.    way.    The ordering page is on a secure Netscape Commerce
  10.    Server, ensuring that your confidential information remains
  11.    confidential. For details on ordering AZPR through the
  12.    Web, please go to the AZPR page at:

  14.    and follow the link "Order the Fully Licensed Version of AZPR".

  21. 2. If you don't have convenient Web access, the next best way to
  22.    order AZPR is by fax or e-mail (also using the credit card).
  23.    Simply fax your order to the PsL at 713-524-6398 or send an
  24.    email with your order to the following address:

  27.    The order form template is in the file "order.frm".

  29.    Note that these numbers (fax and e-mail) are for ORDERS ONLY.

  37. On payment approval (usually, in one business day), we'll send
  38. you the registration key which will remove all limitations of
  39. unregistered version such as nag screens and maximum database
  40. size, and enable some additional features. Your registration
  41. will be valid for all future versions of AZPR.

  43. If you will not get your registration key within a reasonable
  44. amount of time (two business days for credit card payments or
  45. two weeks for other payments), please notify us about that!
