  3. Fauve Matisse

  5. KPT can be set up to work with Fauve Matisse two different
  6. ways.

  8. [For versions of Fauve Matisse prior to version 1.2.6.]
  9. ( I ) 
  10. Install the KPT filters to the Fauve Matisse plugins
  11. directory. When the KPT installation routine asks
  12. which directory you would like to install the filters
  13. to, type \FAUVE\PLUG_IN
  14.

  17. [For Fauve Matisse version 1.2.6.]
  18. ( II ) 
  19. Modify the FAUVE.INI to reflect a new plug-in
  20. directory path.

  22. NOTE: 
  23. By modifying the FAUVE.INI file, the plug-in filters
  24. installed when Fauve was installed will no longer be
  25. accessible.

  27. To modify the FAUVE.INI:
  28.  
  29. 1. Locate the file FAUVE.INI in the Windows directory.
  30.    Open this file with a text editor such as Windows Notepad.
  31. 2. Modify the line that points to the directory where the
  32.    filters are located. The line must begin with
  33.    PLUGINDIRECTORY=. For example:
  34.  
  35.    PLUGINDIRECTORY=c:\KPT
  36.  
  37. 3. If the PLUGINDIRECTORY= line cannot be found, insert it
  38.    at the end of the [MATISSE] section in the FAUVE.INI file.
  39. 4. Save the changes to FAUVE.INI.
