  5. KPT can be set up to work with Photoshop two different ways.
  6.  
  7. * We recommend using the first method.
  8.  
  9. ( I )   
  10. Install the KPT filters to the Photoshop plugins
  11. directory. When the KPT installation routine
  12. asks which directory you would like to install
  13. the filters to, type \PHOTOSHP\PLUGINS
  14.

  18. Modify the PHOTOSHP.INI to reflect a new plug-in
  19. directory path.
  20.  
  21. NOTE:   
  22. By modifying the PHOTOSHP.INI file, the plug-in
  23. filters installed when Photoshop was installed will
  24. no longer be accessible.

  26. To modify the PHOTOSHP.INI:
  27.  
  28. 1. Locate the file PHOTOSHP.INI in the Windows directory.
  29.    Open this file with a text editor such as Windows Notepad.
  30. 2. Modify the line that points to the directory where the
  31.    filters are located. The line must begin with
  32.    PLUGINDIRECTORY=.  For example:
  33.    PLUGINDIRECTORY=c:\KPT
  34. 3. Save the changes to PHOTOSHP.INI.
