  12. In order to get permission to gate WWIV Mod Net to other networks, you have to
  13. agree to gate it only to registered sysops.  Persons wanting to subscribe to
  14. the sub must submit their real name, registration number, and address at time
  15. of registration to you.  You should then send them to me (do not forward them)
  16. and I will verify them and let you know if the registration is valid.  If so,
  17. you may add them to the subscriber list; if not, then you cannot add them.

  19. I also want those who gate the sub to adapt some form of my welcome letters
  20. and use them so that the rules will be the same regardless of the network.

  22. If you are willing to agree to all of this, you can gate the sub to your
  23. network under these conditions.  Please send me a copy of the sub letters as
  24. you have adapted them if you decide to gate the sub.
