  2. Go into program manager and double click on main.

  4. Then double click on control panel and choose the international settings 
  5. option.

  7. Under the date format choose change.

  9. In the short date format box click the century box so that it is checked.

  11. In the long date format box click the year option and chose the 4 digit date 
  12. option.
