  5. We have justed installed a new bulletin displaying program 
  6. entitled: [ltblue]N[ltred]e[green]w[cyan]s[yellow]F[red]l[white]a[purple]s[ltcyan]h[grey].

  8. This program was written by Brian Bourne.  It is designed for the
  9. convenience of you, the user.  When a one of our sysop's posts a
  10. bulletin, you will only _have_ to read it once.  Most bulletins are
  11. non-abortable those that are abortable can be aborted using the space
  12. bar.  [blink][yellow]Please read our bulletins carefully.[steady][grey]

  14. The reason this program exists is so that you only have to read the
  15. bulletin once and not everytime you log on (unless [ltred]you[grey] choose to!)
