  9. We installed new login features.  These are meant to allow us to
  10. better stay in touch with most folks out there which do not have
  11. accounts on this system.  Since we cannot afford to allow access to
  12. the huge amounts of new callers coming into this system lately, we
  13. will have to limit the time on the system to all callers.  The login
  14. procedures will however help us keep in touch with you!  Yes!  ALL
  15. callers may leave Feedback to the SysOps if your matter is important
  16. enough.  Please refer to information listed elsewhere on this system
