- -------------* Quick Explanation of Matrix Config Paramaters *----------------
- Line 1: PPE NAME (NO extention) Matrix will properly insert it Must be (.PPE)
- Line 2: DRIVE\PATH\ Where the .PPE you want to run is Located
- Line 3: PPE NAME #2 etc...
- Line 4: PATH\ #2 etc...
- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
- THIS FILE IS CAPABLE OF RUNNING UP TO 10 EXTERNAL PPE / MATRIX COMMANDS!
- ANY PPE / COMMANDS SPECIFIED AFTER THIS LIMIT WILL BE IGNORED BY MT-MATRIX.
- EACH PPE / COMMAND OCCUPIES 2 LINES IN THIS CONFIG FILE, THEREFORE THE LIMIT
- OF TOTAL LINES FOR THIS PPE.CNF FILE MUST NOT EXCEED 20 TOTAL LINES.
-
- !!!!NOTE!!!!
- YOU MUST ENTER THE PPE / MATRIX COMMAND NAME and PATHS ALL IN
- CAPS in this CONFIG FILE! From the Matrix they can be entered
- in any case though!
-
-
- !MATRIX PPE LAUNCHER CONFIGURATION MENU!
-
- NOTE! THIS FILE <PPE.CNF> MUST EXIST IN ORDER FOR EXTERNAL PPE FILES TO RUN!
-
- MT-Matrix allows the sysop to configure or run the Matrix in many ways.
- Sysops are no longer limited by the commands built-into MT-Matrix as now
- you can make your own commands! This configuration file allows you to
- run any PPE or commands you might create and they will become MATRIX
- commands. Each PPE will occupy 2 lines in this config file, the first
- line is the PPE name and ALSO becomes the MATRIX command to run it!
- DO NOT SPECIFY an EXTENTION, Matrix will properly insert the .PPE at the
- end, with the sample above where BBSLIST is specified, the BBSLIST will
- become a MATRIX command, and MT-Matrix when instructed to run the BBSLIST
- command will properly run the BBSLIST.PPE in the specified DRIVE\PATH.
-
- ** Detailed Explanations of PPE.CNF configuration Lines **
-
- Line 1: PPE NAME & MATRIX Command! Do not specify an EXTENTION, MT-Matrix
- will properly insert .PPE at the very end. In other words if you
- wanted a new MT-Matrix command called BBSLIST, then in this line
- you would enter BBSLIST, this word will become the MATRIX command
- you must be sure not to include the .PPE at the end, as MT-Matrix
- will properly insert it. With the sample above BBSLIST is the PPE
- and the Matrix command you want to run. The real file on the path
- should be named BBSLIST.PPE but you only need to specify the NAME
- here, as MT-Matrix will default to .PPE when ran.
-
- Line 2: DRIVE\PATH\ where the PPE you want to run as a matrix command is
- located. Any valid path is okay, but in the sample above a file
- BBSLIST.PPE must exist in the specified path. MT-Matrix would
- then have a new command called BBSLIST and if invoked by the
- caller it would run BBSLIST.PPE in the path specified here.
-
- YOU MAY RUN UP TO 10 EXTERNAL PPE FILES/COMMANDS DIRECTLY FROM MT-MATRIX
- WHICH MEANS THIS PPE.CNF FILE CANNOT EXCEED 20 TOTAL LINES. Any PPE
- COMMANDS which are specified above this limit will be ignored by MT-Matrix
- the DELUXE version has no limit on the amount of PPE's you can run from
- MT-Matrix.
-
- NOTE that MT-Matrix can now be even more adaptable! In other words if
- you not are satisfied with a particular Matrix Command or the way it works
- then you could simply disable it in the COMMANDS.CNF file and make your
- own add it here, then it would become a MATRIX command. An example
- is for example the FORMAT Command, where it simply displays the a file
- then it hangs up on the Caller, well you could say make a PPE which
- simulates a DRIVE being formated and the caller would then see it instead
- of the normal Format command which is included by default with MT-Matrix.
- To disable any command (either in this file) or others, simply change the
- Case to lower and the command will not be translated by MT-Matrix.
-
- REMEMBER! PPE COMMAND NAMES ARE TRANSLATED PROPERLY BY MT-MATRIX ONLY
- IF ENTERED IN THIS CONFIG FILE ALL IN CAPS! TO DISABLE A COMMAND/PPE
- simply change the case to lower!
