  4.  This demo, is a crippled version of the complete D! pacakge.  It is fully
  5.  functional, but limits you to only 1 extra player, and you can only
  6.  overwrite 2 missions when loading PWADS.
  7.  
  8.  If you decide you want to purchase D!, you have 2 options..
  9.  
  10.  First off, let me say that we are NO LONGER accepting COD orders for D!.
  11.  Since you can now order D! from the software creations online store (see
  12.  option #1) there is really no need for the hassle it takes to send a COD
  13.  order (believe me.. it's a pain in the rear).

  15.  Order Method #1: CREDIT CARD ORDERS

  17.  You can ORDER and recieve a full copy of D! from the Software Creations
  18.  ONLINE store.  This method requires a VISA/MC/AMEX  credit card,
  19.  but you will be able to download the full version of D! on  the stop.  A copy
  20.  will then be mailed out to you on disk.
