  27. Requirements:  Check must be drawn on a bank account in the USA.

  30. Question:  How can I use this method?

  32. Answer:  There are 2 ways.   The first way is to call us by phone
  33.          at 800-414-4268  (or 910-791-7052).   Make sure you have
  34.          your checking account information with you when you call.
  35.          All of the information you need is on one of your checks!

  37.          The second method is to fill out a check just as if you were
  38.          going to mail it and fax the check and the registration form
  39.          for the program you wish to register to 800-350-2937.  We
  40.          can take it from there.
