  1. TERMS OF REGISTRATION OF STARDOCK LOCO Copyright A. Alanen 1995

  4. When you purchase an STARDOCK LOCO registration
  5. you are entitled to almost unlimited use of all versions of
  6. STARDOCK LOCO. However, in order to protect my investment of time
  7. and effort in developing STARDOCK LOCO, you must also agree to the
  8. terms outlined below when purchasing an STARDOCK LOCO registration.
  9. These terms are very reasonable, and are
  10. in no way intended to limit your use of STARDOCK LOCO. The primary
  11. intent of these terms is that you are not permitted to disclose
  12. your STARDOCK LOCO registration information to other individuals.
  13.  
  14. For the purpose of these terms, "STARDOCK LOCO" is defined to be the
  15. all files included in the version packaged as Stardock Loco,
  16. of all versions, past and present.
  17. Upon registering STARDOCK LOCO, the individual or organization named on
  18. the registration form (the registree) is entitled to use of all
  19. versions of STARDOCK LOCO, within the terms set forth below.
  20. Violation of these terms will be considered copyright
  21. infringement, and grounds for the termination of the
  22. registration agreement, and/or legal action.

  24. The registree is NOT entitled to distribute the registration key
  25. number presented to them at registration,
  26. or any portions of the STARDOCK LOCO files. For
  27. the purposes of these terms, an organization is considered to be
  28. a company or non-profit organization. If the registree is an
  29. organization, the registration key may be shared
  30. among members of the organization, under the condition that
  31. these individuals are using the registration and/or source code
  32. only for official activities of that organization. These terms
  33. in no way suggest an agreement on the part of Aaron Alanen to
  34. develop any future versions of STARDOCK LOCO, or fix any bugs in
  35. current versions of STARDOCK LOCO. STARDOCK LOCO is offered "as is", and
  36. no warantees are expressed or implied. In no event shall Aaron
  37. Alanen be liable for any loss of profit or any other damage,
  38. including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential
  39. or other damages.
