  12. I)nformation on Host System
  13.  
  14.      This displays general information on the host system, including
  15.      information on the hardware, and operating system.
  16.  
  17. P)age Host System Operator for a chat
  18.  
  19.      The 'Chat' command allows the caller to chat with the host op-
  20.      erator. When the caller presses 'P' the host operator is paged
  21.      by a series of beeps.  If the operator responds, you will see
  22.      him/her typing on your screen.

  24. B)ulletin / Information posted by SysOp
  25.  
  26.      If the SysOp has posted a Bulletin (information file), you can
  27.      display it by pressing B.
  28.      
  29. M)essage (Private message) to SysOp (System Operator)
  30.  
  31.      This choice allows you to enter a private message to the sysop.
  32.      You can leave as many of these messages as you wish.  When you 
  33.      are entering a message, and wish to quit and save it, just enter
  34.      the word END on the last line and press ENTER.

  36. H)ost files (DOS directory on HOST)
  37.      
  38.      This option allows the caller to list the files in the
  39.      current disk directory. The caller must press a key after each
  40.      screen.

  42. U)pload / Zmodem (Send a file to the Host)
  43.      
  44.      The 'Upload' option allows the caller to 'send' a file to the
  45.      host. The caller must use a protocol called ZMODEM.   He/she
  46.      must have a terminal that supports ZMODEM like HTERM in order
  47.      for this to work.  The transfer is then initiated by the HOST,
  48.      and it will stand by in ready to receive mode...
  49.      
  50.      The caller must then initiate the upload on THEIR side by giving
  51.      their comm program an upload instruction (usually PgUp or F8), 
  52.      choosing the ZMODEM protocol and giving the filename to send.

  54. D)ownload / Zmodem (Recieve a file from the Host)
  55.  
  56.      The 'Download' command allows a caller to 'receive' a file from
  57.      the host. The caller must tell HOST what file to send.  Since
  58.      the host will be using ZMODEM, the transfer will start automatically
  59.      after you choose the filename on the host system.

  61. G)oodbye (log off)
  62.  
  63.      The 'Goodbye' (hang up) command allows the caller to log off of the
  64.      host system.  After pressing G and then ENTER, you will be asked to
  65.      hang up your system.  This is usually done by pressing Alt and H at
  66.      the same time.
