  9.           Although it sounds like an amusement park, FedWorld is
  10.           actually an impressive online system set up by the
  11.           National Technical Information Service (NTIS). It acts as
  12.           a gateway to more than 130 U.S. government BBS systems. 
  13.           You can access Fedworld just like you would any other
  14.           BBS. If you have a modem, dial the modem number above (if
  15.           you are on the Internet, use the Internet telnet
  16.           address); and the FedWorld system can transfer you to any
  17.           of the desired BBSs on their system. FedWorld represents
  18.           a tremendous amount of valuable information (and
  19.           downloadable files). They add new BBS systems frequently.
  20.     
  21.           The following government online systems can be accessed
  22.           using FedWorld. First, use your modem to log onto their
  23.           system using the FedWorld BBS phone number; or if you are
  24.           on the Internet, just Telnet to fedworld.gov. When you
  25.           get into the menu system, select the gateway service and
  26.           use the number (by the name below) to select the online
  27.           service desired.
