  1. Normally !MenuBar uses overlays to reduce memory requirements to the
  2. absolute minimum (from only 64K). However, it was anticipated that there
  3. *might* be a problem using this system with the StrongARM and there
  4. wasn't time to test the system fully with the new processor. This
  5. version therefore has the overlay functions disabled and so takes 50%
  6. more RAM than the 'normal' version at 96K.

  8. this is purely a precautionary measure and as soon as the version with
  9. overlays has been thoroughly tested the overlays will be restored which
  10. will reduce the RAM taken to 64K once again.
