- I’ll bet you’re a bit disappointed with the weather.
- Did you expect balmy beaches filled with scantily clad
- ladies? Sorry, no such luck old chum. The forecast is
- really grim but that doesn’t mean those blighters are
- resting.
-
- Our agents reported that the enemy has produced a
- powerful plastic explosive. This explosive is
- manufactured in eight well protected Factories.
-
- Their last report indicated their intention to sabotage
- the Factories, as well as five Gotha Bombers that were
- loaded with bombs made from this explosive. We can only
- assume that they were captured. The job is now yours,
- destroy the eight Factories and the five Gothas.

- The weather is appalling. Visibility is seriously
- reduced and all aircraft have been grounded. At least
- this was the situation until our agents broke radio
- silence to send us this message:
-
- The enemy has organised a large supply convoy consisting
- of six Trains carrying armaments with heavy fighter cover.
- You must destroy them. With all this enemy activity our
- reconnaissance planes will not stand a chance of getting
- back here.
-
- If you destroy the Trains and six of their fastest
- fighters, Fokker Eindeckers, then those chaps should be
- able to squeeze through the rest. I shall radio them to
- come into the area when you return successfully from the
- mission.

- Well the reccy crew made it back alright. They’ve
- invited us to a jolly good knees up in the old mess.
- You couldn’t spare us ten bob could you? Left my
- dashed wallet in my quarters.
