  11. This sounds as though you have not properly defined MAIL$SYSTEM_FLAGS  In a
  12. cluster, you usually want it defined to be the value "7".  A value of "1" says
  13. the node is part of a homogeneous cluster.  "2" directs mail to broadcast the
  14. receipt message to any logged in terminal for the person (i.e. Mail uses the
  15. $brkthru system service).  A value of "4" tells mail to include the tie of
  16. receipt in the broadcast message.  You may combine these values by adding them
  17. together.  It should be an exec mode logical in the system name table.  Look in
  18. chapter 9 of the Mail Utility manual for an explanation
