  22. Make sure the logical MAIL$SYSTEM_FLAGS is set correctly.  (Mine is 7)

  24. MAIL$SYSTEM_FLAGS - BIT 0 - all user disks accessable to all cluster nodes.
  25.                             If a node is in the cluster, just write to
  26.                    the mail.mai file.
  27.              BIT 1 - Send new mail notification to all cluster nodes
  28.              BIT 2 - include the time in the broadcast message.
