- As part of his first visit to British Columbia, Dr. Tom Grunder, originator
- of the Free-Net concept and founder of the Cleveland Free-Net, will be
- giving a public lecture in Victoria on Monday, November 16 at 8 p.m. at the
- Ramada Inn, 3020 Blanshard St. Admission by donation. Further information
- can be obtained by phoning 384-2450 or 385-4302 (Victoria).

- Dr. Grunder will also be launching the Victoria Free-Net, British Columbia's
- first Free-Net, the same day.

- His visit will begin on Saturday, November 14 with an address to the
- Computer Using Educators of BC Horizons '92 Conference at the Hyatt Regency
- Hotel, Vancouver. The title of his conference talk is "Managing the
- Infosphere: Community Computing and Canadian Education."
