- I would be very interested in seeing you elaborate on this
- claim. It is my experience that when someone makes this claim,
- they are actually refering to attempts to have the state
- force abortion providers to provide these other options.
- The other area in which this claim is made is with regard to
- falsely labeled organizations which try to mislead women
- into thinking that all the options are available there, then
- take the women who come in and discuss only a limited
- set of options. The problem with the latter is that they
- are false advertisers, not that they provide alternatives.
- The problem with the former is that it is generally an
- attempt to make the abortion option harder to obtain and
- not merely make an offer of an alternative.
