- I heard a nice radio play once about a horse racing scam based on this idea.
- You need a series of 4 races in each of which there are 4 horses, and you
- give away the 1st 4*4*....tips, charge very little for the 2nd round, up it
- a bit for the 3rd, and hit the hooked tip-user hard on the last. They got
- found out and beaten up in the play, but I still think I may try it someday.
