- Actually, I think this is probably one of the best first places. Go to
- seminars, talks, etc. Often they are geared more towards a high-level
- description of a person's research, and you don't have to have been studying
- the topic for three years to get a feel for what is being talked about.
- You're likely to find something being discussed that sparks your interest.
