  21. What else do they publish?  All I've seen is Spivak's own huge 5-volume
  22. differential geometry notes (this must be the biggest single-author
  23. mathematics text ever written).

  25. I've got the 1967 W.A. Benjamin edition of "Calculus", and the answers
  26. volume - is the 1980 Publish or Perish one any different?  Why did W.A.
  27. Benjamin drop it?
