  24.         Long distance guess: The delay line is a device which delays the
  25.         B&W signal while the color sig is being processed. The B&W sig
  26.         is the brightness of the color picture. This probably got it's
  27.         solder jarred loose.

  30.         better able to direct you. Look for a component like "DL1". In
  31.         Toshibas, I think it would be a little black "box", very narrow,
  32.         standing on its side. About 1" high, 1.25" long.

  35.         watching the pix.

  37.         Also possible, in view of the color problem - the little board
  38.         on the end of the picture tube. Tap on that with GOOD
  39.         insulation.
