  22. Exactly.  Who was it said that those who do not want the job are more qualified
  23. than those who do?  I believe that it applies to school administration as well
  24. as politics.  In my more revolutionary moods I think that we (yes, you, me and
  25. the rest of the public) should fire all the administrators unequivocally.  But
  26. then a calmer mood will overtake me and I'll decide that giving every school
  27. district in the nation three years to scale administration salaries down to
  28. equal pay with the teachers would perhaps suffice.
