- Exactly. Who was it said that those who do not want the job are more qualified
- than those who do? I believe that it applies to school administration as well
- as politics. In my more revolutionary moods I think that we (yes, you, me and
- the rest of the public) should fire all the administrators unequivocally. But
- then a calmer mood will overtake me and I'll decide that giving every school
- district in the nation three years to scale administration salaries down to
- equal pay with the teachers would perhaps suffice.
