  11. I wholeheartedly agree:  administrators should not be paid triple or
  12. quadruple what t classroom teachers get paid.  And I am _tired_ of the
  13. argument that if we don't offer high admin. salaries, we won't get anyone
  14. who is any good willing to take the job.  That concept has nearly bankrupted
  15. my local school system:  administrators have started using places like
  16. Wood-Ridge as wage-boosters....they come in, take the salary for a few years,
  17. and then move on to the next district (and the next pay hike).
