- I wholeheartedly agree: administrators should not be paid triple or
- quadruple what t classroom teachers get paid. And I am _tired_ of the
- argument that if we don't offer high admin. salaries, we won't get anyone
- who is any good willing to take the job. That concept has nearly bankrupted
- my local school system: administrators have started using places like
- Wood-Ridge as wage-boosters....they come in, take the salary for a few years,
- and then move on to the next district (and the next pay hike).
