  25. That's probably at least partly because over 50 % (I don't remember -
  26. 70? 80?) of the people in prison are political prisoners.  Operation
  27. Just Because, operation Prohibition, operation More Iron to the
  28. Streets, operation War on Constitution, operation Use Terrorist
  29. Tactics Against Evil Vitamin, Hemp and Mindfood Salesmen - whatever
  30. they call the one where armed thugs kick down people's doors, steal
  31. their property and kill them, then say "Sorry, wrong address".
