  13. Peter Gutmann appears to have an axe to grind when he criticizes
  14. RSAREF as a "toy" since it IS made available for use in RIPEM.
  15. It works fine, and does the job. Moreover, an even more useful
  16. and powerful version is incorporated in the latest Beta 4 version
  17. of RIPEM. This seems inconsistent with Gutmann's strongly
