  19. Was Dick Beardsly rather than Benji Durden, but there was certainly a
  20. problem.  Another example from Boston was back in the 70's, when Bill
  21. Rogers beat Jeff Wells by 2 seconds, though Jeff was able to
  22. successfully hurdle a motorcycle (try that after 26 miles, ouch).

  24. Basically, nobody ever seems to do anything about these incidents.
