- Was Dick Beardsly rather than Benji Durden, but there was certainly a
- problem. Another example from Boston was back in the 70's, when Bill
- Rogers beat Jeff Wells by 2 seconds, though Jeff was able to
- successfully hurdle a motorcycle (try that after 26 miles, ouch).
