- Hinges - use Sig's EZ hinges. All you have to do is cut the slots
- and slip them in, then drip a couple of drops of THIN CA into the
- hinge area. The hinge material wicks the CA in, it sets in a few
- seconds and - voila!
-
- I had a Gentle Lady, built "box stock". It was fine without any
- additional reinforcement. Flew it with both high start and with
- a Cox Black Widow .049 on a motor pod. Works well both ways. Also
- used standard Futaba S-148 servos and a 500ma battery up front.
- The plane required about 2 oz. of additional weight in front of the
- battery pack to balance. Longest flight was 37 minutes (lots of
- good thermal that day).
-
- Good luck with your plane.
