- I would suggest that you clean out the spark plugs, recharge the
- battery by an external source. Then take it to the top of a hill and
- while it is rolling down, engage the engine. Massive amounts of
- momemtum will be generated (more than the stater can) and kick the
- engine to a start. Make sure that the ignition key is in the "ON"
- position, of course.
