  24. Oh, yes, by all means, let's just keep dumping garbage into the atmosphere 
  25. because it's only a little.  Fine, cars may just be a drop in the bucket,
  26. but the bucket is full of drops.  Think about it.

  28. YES, cars pollute.  YES, the Air Force pollutes.  Who does more is immaterial,
  29. except from a political standpoint.  In 20 years, all that will matter is the
  30. amount of junk we are pumping out, not where it came from.
