  25. The auto may or may not be significant in terms of world wide polution,
  26. but anyone who lives in one of Americas big cities knows that auto 
  27. emissions are a BIG problem.

  35. don't care about reducing pollution, and if they all miraculously got
  36. asphixiated, it wouldn't make that much difference to the world at large.

  39. can't expect everyone else to cut down on pullution first before you will
  40. even consider!  There is such a thing as leadership.
